In this video Madison and I run you through locust pose which is a strengthening back bend.
You'll see in the video we go through several variations with the arms that you can try and see what feels best for your body.
Remember to listen to your body especially with back bending building strength takes time and when we try and push to the 'end' goal we often loose many of the actual benefits and we risk injury.
